Qiyadon operates pipeline follow-up services on behalf of founder-led businesses. The information we collect is limited to what is necessary to execute follow-up sequences and deliver weekly pipeline reports.
We do not collect personal information beyond what you voluntarily provide in connection with our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your pipeline data with third parties.

Pipeline data is retained for the duration of your active engagement with Qiyadon. Upon termination, your data is deleted from our active systems within 30 days, subject to any legal or regulatory retention obligations.
We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your pipeline data against unauthorized access or disclosure. Access is restricted to authorized personnel operating under confidentiality obligations.
Each client's pipeline data is stored in isolated environments. Your leads, follow-up records, and pipeline reports are never accessible to other clients.
We may use third-party services (including CRM platforms, email providers, and communication tools) in the delivery of our services. These providers are bound by data processing agreements that restrict their use of your data to the delivery of Qiyadon services only.
We use minimal technical cookies necessary for service operation. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
You retain full ownership and control of your pipeline data at all times. You may request deletion of your data, export of your pipeline reports, or revocation of our CRM access at any time by contacting your dedicated operating rhythm manager or emailing contact@qiyadon.com.
Qiyadon services are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the primary contact on your account at least 14 days prior to taking effect.
