By engaging Qiyadon pipeline execution services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not engage our services.
Qiyadon provides done-for-you pipeline follow-up execution, including inbound lead contact, dormant lead reactivation, CRM hygiene, escalation alerting, and weekly pipeline reporting. The scope of services is defined at the time of engagement and detailed in your signed Client Service Agreement.

Qiyadon treats all client pipeline data as strictly confidential. Your leads, pipeline reports, and account information are never shared with other clients or third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver the contracted service.
Qiyadon's liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the affected period of service. Qiyadon is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, lost opportunities, or reputational harm arising from pipeline outcomes.
Either party may terminate engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, Qiyadon will cease active follow-up execution and revoke CRM access within 5 business days. Data retention follows the policy outlined in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the client's primary business is registered, unless otherwise specified in a separately executed Client Service Agreement.
Qiyadon reserves the right to modify service specifications with 14 days written notice to the client. Material changes to pricing or scope require a new engagement agreement.
