14-Day Free Trial Agreement

1. Trial Period

You receive 14 days of free service starting from the first outreach sent on your behalf (Day 1). No payment is required during this period.

3. Our Commitment

We commit to best efforts only. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, meetings, revenue, or other results during the trial. What we deliver depends on your data, market, and list quality — outcomes vary.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during the trial is treated as confidential under the same terms as our full Client Services Agreement (CSA).

5. Conversion Requirements

To qualify for a paid offer at the end of the trial, at least 3 of the following 5 criteria must be met:

• Lead quality score meets agreed threshold
• Engagement rate above baseline
• Client provides timely feedback and data access
• At least one call/meeting scheduled with a prospect
• List/data provided is sufficient to run meaningful outreach

We will assess these together on Day 14.

6. Trial End & Offer Validity

• The trial automatically ends on Day 14 — no action needed, no auto-renewal.
• If you qualify (≥3/5 criteria), you will receive a paid offer valid for 72 hours.
• After the 72-hour window closes, we will send one final follow-up.
• If there is no response to the follow-up, we will not contact you again for 60 days.

7. Termination

Either party may end the trial early by notifying the other in writing. Early termination does not affect any obligations around confidentiality.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

9. Electronic Execution

This Agreement may be executed electronically via click-through signature and shall constitute a valid and binding signature under the ESIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001), the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), and Delaware law. By checking the agreement box below and submitting this form, each party confirms intent to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Electronic signatures created through this method shall have the same legal force and effect as handwritten signatures.
